Ready to Install Anchor Cages
Proplate offers pre assembled anchor cage solutions designed to simplify installation and improve on site safety. Many customers prefer ready mounted anchor cage sections because they reduce assembly time during foundation construction and limit handling at the wind farm.
These anchor cages arrive prepared for installation, helping crews work more efficiently while maintaining consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.
Anchor Cages Tailored to All Foundation Types
Proplate manufactures anchor cages for gravity foundations used in soil based installations as well as adapted solutions for mixed ground conditions. For turbines anchored in soil, anchor cages are designed to provide stable and secure load transfer through reinforced concrete foundations.
For mixed terrain where soil overlays bedrock, the anchor cage is typically smaller and paired with long threaded bolts that extend deep into the rock for additional stability. Each anchor cage is customized to match turbine specifications, foundation design, and site conditions.
Anchor cages consist of a bottom anchor ring and a top template ring connected by multiple precision manufactured bolts. Once installed, the cage is cast into concrete with only the threaded bolt ends exposed to serve as mounting points for the turbine tower.
Precision Manufactured and Corrosion Protected
Proplate delivers complete anchor cage solutions produced with tight tolerances and consistent quality. All processing is handled in house, including cutting, CNC machining, blasting, welding, assembly, and corrosion protection.

Flat Pack Anchor Cage Kits
For customers who prefer on site assembly or staged installation, Proplate offers anchor cages as ready to assemble flat pack kits. These kits include all required components and can be delivered directly to the wind farm or to a customer warehouse.

Anchor Rings for Wind Turbine Foundations
In addition to complete anchoring systems, Proplate supplies individual steel anchor rings for integration into customer foundation designs and supply chains. Our manufacturing capabilities support large and complex anchor rings produced from heavy plate steel.
Anchor rings are precision cut, drilled, machined, welded, and surface treated to meet project specific requirements. This allows customers to source high quality foundation components while maintaining control over final assembly and installation workflows.
