Proplate offers a fully integrated production process with cutting, machining, welding, surface treatment, and painting all performed in house. With manufacturing operations in Alabama, we deliver finished components that are ready for immediate use upon delivery.
We also offer component assembly services to help customers reduce installation time and streamline their production processes. By managing the entire manufacturing chain under one roof, Proplate ensures consistency, quality control, and dependable lead times.
Efficient Production for Seamless Integration into Customer Operations
Our facilities are designed for efficient and flexible production at every stage of manufacturing. Proplate operates seven large scale cutting systems with cutting tables up to 42 meters long, equipped with multiple plasma and oxy fuel torches.
This capacity allows us to cut multiple components simultaneously and process steel plates ranging from 10 millimeters to 300 millimeters thick. The result is high throughput production with exceptional accuracy, supporting both custom components and large volume orders.
Advanced Machining, Welding, and Surface Treatment Capabilities
In addition to cutting, Proplate offers extensive CNC machining capabilities, robotic welding, blasting, painting, and corrosion protection. All processing is completed within our own facilities, giving us full control over quality, scheduling, and performance.
Our large scale production capacity allows us to meet demanding requirements for component size, volume, and precision while maintaining shorter lead times than many competing suppliers.
