Extensive Painting Capacity for Large Steel Components
Proplate operates a dedicated painting facility designed for large and heavy steel components. Our painting and drying chambers can accommodate components up to 20 meters long and 7 meters wide, allowing us to efficiently process oversized parts for heavy industry applications.
Steel components are manually painted by experienced technicians using advanced Wagner spray equipment. We apply both water based and solvent based coatings using airless, airmix, and electrostatic application methods to achieve consistent coverage and high quality finishes.
All painting chambers are equipped with integrated floor extraction systems and high efficiency filtration to support controlled application, clean finishes, and a safe working environment.
Zinc Coating Through Thermal Spraying
