At Proplate USA, we utilize high definition plasma cutting technology to efficiently process steel plates up to 60 mm thick for demanding industrial applications. This method provides fast, precise cutting while maintaining consistent quality across large production runs.
Our facility operates seven modern cutting machines capable of handling plates of many sizes. With cutting tables measuring up to 42 meters long and 5 meters wide, our systems allow large scale heavy plate processing while maintaining efficient production flow. Each machine is equipped with multiple plasma and oxyfuel torches, allowing flexible production and shorter lead times.

For components that require welding, bevel cuts can be performed directly within the cutting machine. Depending on the project requirements, these bevels can be produced using either oxyfuel or plasma cutting, ensuring components arrive ready for fabrication and assembly.
