Our facility operates seven advanced steel cutting systems with dual capability for oxy fuel and high definition plasma cutting. Built to handle large heavy plate formats, our equipment processes a wide range of thicknesses, from thinner plate to extremely thick steel grades. This flexibility makes Proplate a strong partner for demanding industries such as mining, construction, material handling, and machinery manufacturing.
In addition to straight cutting, we also offer oxy fuel and plasma bevel cutting to prepare components for welding. Bevel cutting supports faster fabrication and helps maintain consistent weld prep quality, especially for higher volume production.
Oxy Fuel Cutting
Oxy fuel cutting is a reliable method for processing very thick heavy plate, typically 50 millimeters and above. This process is well suited for large structural components and thick steel grades where clean edges and consistent results are essential.

Plasma Cutting
Proplate provides high definition plasma cutting for fast, precise processing of heavy plate components. Plasma cutting is ideal for complex shapes, tight tolerances, and efficient production workflows.
Our plasma systems can process plates up to 60 millimeters thick and support flexible production for both smaller batches and higher volume requirements, helping customers reduce lead times and maintain schedule reliability.
